Underwater hull inspection and interior spaces inspection took place.

Under the supervision of class surveyor, NDT surveyor, vessel’s officers and chief diving supervisor approved the repair plan.

After the required measurements four Cofferdams in total were fabricated for waterproofing utilization in coordination with Dry-dock technicians and under the supervision of our chief diver.

Two Cofferdams were built with dimensions: 110x80cm for Ballast Tank No.4-Port Side and Ballast Tank No.5-Stbd Side in order for dry environment to be created. Defected plate was crop and replaced by an insert plate. Full penetration welding took place and NDT inspector checked the welding finding zero errors.

A total length of 20mtrs located aft of the torn area STBD side found with weak plating. Nine points were locally waterproofed in order for interior technicians to fill in the plating with welding.
